PLANAtools is an online repository of planarian gene expression. PLANAtools allows visualization, browsing, and acquisition of gene expression data that was processed using a standardized computational pipeline. The PLANAtools web application is implemented in R/Shiny environment and it is available online click here to launch PLANAtools.
